Right to cancel
You always have 14 days right of return, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This means that the customer has the right to cancel the purchase by notifying IMSO within 14 days from the time you or a postal office have received the ordered goods (withdrawal period). The merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date that you have announced IMSO your right of whitdrawl. The merchandise must be well packaged, in good condition and in original box. To make a return, complaint or replacement of Voked:
1.Follow the instructions and fill out the form here: this LINKKKKKKKKKKK

2. Within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) you will receive an email with a link to a return shipping label. T.

3. Wrap your item and tape your return shipping label on the package. The return shipping label is not prepaid and you have to pay the return shipping by yourself.

4. Go to the local post office and pay for the shipping. Regular EMS is the cheapest!

Once we have received and registered your returned goods, we will refund the money to your account.

Crediting the repayment
Voked will urgently refund you the amount, but not later than within 10 days from the date Voked received the message regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Reimbursement does not have to happen before the goods have been received at Vokeds warehouse or when you can prove that the goods have been returned by eg a deposit slip. The refund is made through the payment option you chose, provided that there are no obstacles for such reimbursement.

Credit / debit card (Adyen, PayPal)
If you paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the amount minus any fees such as shipping to the card / account you used to pay for the original order.

Gift Card
If you paid with a gift card and choose to make a return,the balance on your gift card will berestored within 48 hours after the return is registered, but only if the discount code / gift certificate is still valid.

Complaints
If you should get a wrongly supplied product, contact our customer service as soon as possible. Upon complaint of a faulty product, you also need to contact customer service. We will of course pay for the return shipping or other costs (incurred in connection with the complaint) for approved claims. When a complaint is made, we examine the product, in some cases, we send the complaint for further investigation by the supplier.
